My family and I have a small homestead in Reno where we raise our own meats, eggs and fresh milk. We believe in an organic, healthy lifestyle and avoid food with toxic additives. I have loved baking ever since I was a child and enjoy being able to create delicious cakes and other desserts without using the typical processed ingredients you find in most foods. I always start with organic butter, flour and flavors in all my recipes. As a decorator, I avoid any colors or products with preservatives and ha d make a majority of my decorations.
