Lynell Garfield, M.S., is a technically trained Toxicologist, working both on Environmental Health and Personal Wellness. Teamed up with doTerra International, Lynell is a passionate entrepreneur intent on inspiring others to be the very best they can be! “When we don’t feel well or whole, inside and out, it’s really hard to take additional steps to care about community, or protect the river. I Love helping others find the right wellness routine to augment their current lifestyle so they can overflow their cup and serve the rest of the world from their saucer. Whether that’s essential oils, supplements, creative visualization, or intentional movement in the outdoors, following the way you want to feel is essential!”
In her past lives, Lynell worked on Lake Tahoe and drinking water challenges there for her research while completing curriculum at UNR, studied Buddhism and yoga in Nepal and spent 40 days there trekking solo, and helped better understand how marine invertebrates protect themselves from pollution at the California coast. Most recently, Lynell worked on the Truckee River and watershed, fortifying our understanding based on science. Lynell also loves writing children’s books, and her latest, The Secret Life of Streams, was released to create a groundswell of protectors intent on changing our relation with waters! No matter what she does, Inspiration is Lynell’s highest quality, and she absolutely adores bringing out the fire for life and a healing connection with the natural world in others.
