Sourdough for Busy People with Hold Steady Designs | 09/24 | 6PM
Learn the basics to making sourdough bread from local creator Hold Steady Designs! This straightforward lesson will teach you only what you need to know to jump right in and successfully bake your first loaves. No history, no science, no over-explanation, and no overcomplicated instructions that make you want to give up—just the essential facts.
Baking sourdough is not as hard as it seems, and you do not need any prior experience to succeed. You just need a bestie to give you only what you need to know, nothing more. With the foundation you will gain from this class you can dive deeper if you choose to.
