Celebrating Women in Chocolate: A Tasting Experience with Tandem Chocolates | 03/26

In honor of International Women’s Month, join award-winning chocolatier Phyllis Robinson of Tandem Chocolates for a decadent evening celebrating the artistry of women in chocolate.

This guided tasting will feature handcrafted delights from women chocolate-makers and chocolatiers, showcasing unique flavors and techniques. As you savor each bite, you’ll also explore the rich history of chocolate, the current state of cacao production, and the influence of women in the industry.

Then, roll up your sleeves for a hands-on experience! You’ll hand-roll, dip, and decorate your own custom truffles, topping them with flavors of your choice. The truffles will feature chocolate from Conexión Chocolate—an ethically driven specialty chocolate company founded in Ecuador by Jenny Samaniego.

Aprons and gloves provided, but chocolate has a way of getting everywhere—so dress accordingly!

Please refrain from wearing heavy fragrances, as it can affect the chocolate tasting.
